Our committed ‘Upgrade Team’ partners with our customers, devising custom upgrade and retrofit solutions. These innovations not only prolong equipment utility but also optimize energy usage and adapt to regulatory standards.

What will you do?

Stationed in Køge at our central hub, you’ll be part of an enthusiastic, tech-driven, and innovative team. You’ll engage in various stages of projects, from initial customer inquiry to solution development, quotation, project execution, and technical documentation.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Engaging with client upgrade requests

• Conceptualizing tech solutions in line with client specifications

• Drafting both technical and commercial proposals

• Strengthening bonds with existing Newbuilding segment clientele

• Strategically building new customer relations to boost our client outreach

• Overseeing upgrade projects, coordinating with our in-house project support team

• Screening relevant suppliers on technical and commercial grounds

• Crafting upgrade blueprints to bolster Novenco’s ‘Upgrade Team’

Your digital toolkit at Novenco:

• AutoCAD (familiarity with MagiCAD is a plus)

• Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint, Teams, and Project)

• Novenco’s unique product configurators

On-the-go?

Expect to be globetrotting for around 30-40 days in a year for work, conducting onboard ship surveys globally to identify and formulate solutions among other tasks!

Who are we looking for?

Young engineers with a degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering. While HVAC design know-how is a massive plus, we value your passion and commitment. Experience with marine solutions can give you an edge.

You should be a people’s person, proactive, and have a pinch of humor in you. A capacity for multitasking in a dynamic setting, unwavering commitment to your commitments, and persuasive communication (primarily in English) are crucial.
